Problem: As an added challenge, the professor required that the book must be illustrated only using geometric shapes, text, and 3 colors of choice.
Solution: I chose black, white, and a medium gray to create high contrast to make the illustrations more dynamic. I also used many different fonts to illustrate each word and shaped the lines of text to make them a part of the illustrations on each page.
Overview: In my Advanced Design college course, my professor gave the class an assignment to lay out and illustrate a children’s book using an Aesop fable of our choice.
